Pizza Hut

Nice Pizza Hut. Definitely feels like the old pizza huts you’d go to after a baseball game or with a huge group of friends. I mean everyone knows Pizza Hut is the worst for you but man it is the best to have on a cheat day. I give this Pizza Hut a wonderful 5 stars out of 5 stars. Will chow down again here.

Ordered 11/12/2021 order placed at 9:19pm. Waited for over 1hr and a half for our order. I had to call the store several times, kept saying either the store is already closed, constantly hanging up on me, apparently I’ve reached the “customer service” which does not sound like it at all because they kept passing the phone to another person. Finally, after 10+ calls, someone helped me and gave me the 1-800 number for the real customer service so I could finally cancel my order and get my money back. Few minutes later our order arrived. Driver LEANED ON the pizza to ring the bell and ran away (caught on security cam). I would’ve understood if someone called to inform me the store was already closed or they could’ve just cancelled the order automatically. Instead they charged my card and still ended up delivering our food after almost 2hrs. Will never order from this place again.

We walk in to this pizza place not knowing you have to order first and pay and then sit yourself and actually just serve ur self no waitress at all only one person working. If wasn’t just really hungry and miss Pizza Hut pie I would not want to be here at all, place disgusting talked about social distance and etc but in the meantime this place is turning to look like a dumbed. Pizza Hut is look like about to close down for good I guess

When I picked up my pizza, I was told that Pizza Hut no longer offers crust toppings like "Hut Favorite". My family LOVES Hut Favorite on the crust so they were very disappointed that none was there on our pizzas. Also, the cups of marinara sauce for the breadsticks were less than 50% full so we ran out and the thin crust, pepperoni pizza was overcooked and dried out. All that being said....there was only 1 employee at the Brick Pizza Hut trying to take care of everything. Really too much for 1 person to do properly.

When I was ordering at the restaurant with Wes he was rude and had an attitude. I went to hand Wes my credit card to pay he walked away while I was speaking to him and said pay when you pick up. A short time later I went to retrieve my order and I observed Wes scratching his nose with one of the white discs used to prevent the box from touching the pizza then placing that same disc on my pizza. Not only is this unsanitary it is very disrespectful. I’m appalled he had the nerve to be so disrespectful. I spoke with management who told me they were making a new pizza and that Wes was reassigned. It’s obvious that Pizza Huts employees and management do not care about being unsanitary and/or disrespectful because about 10 minutes later Wes was back at his earlier assignment. I will no longer be eating at this or any Pizza Hut again nor will any of my family and friends.

We go occasionally, the place is always quiet (I guess people mostly take out now) and the waitress is very nice. The dining area hasn’t changed much over the years. Last time we went we tried the gluten-free pizza since we aren’t big on gluten anymore. They put crust topping on once they knew we weren’t ordering it for allergy concerns. It came out in its own box at 10 inches. It was delicious! I would have devoured the whole thing on my own except the rest of my party wanted to eat it too. It’s pricer but we felt it was worth it. Next time instead of the regular thin crust we normally order, we will get this!
