Roy Rogers

Now this is how a fast food place should be! The People working inside are the best I've seen as far as customer kindness is concerned and you better dam well show them kindness back or don't go here. Its s nice place! Real nice! Lets all get together those that appreciate it and do whatever we can to keep it that way. Let not ignorance destroy it.

UPDATE: This please see below for my previous review. On this particular visit Roy Rogers will be receiving a three-star from me I put much consideration into this particular rating and review and unfortunately I must say consistency just was not there in this particular visit. I was not very happy with my food this visit and the customer service made up for that. The staff did make my order fresh and certainly handled my concerns appropriately. The restaurant was clean the customer service was good and I will return and I hope to be able to give them a higher review again. Usually they make the Mark for 4.5 this time they got a three and it was a hard 3. _______________________________ I really want to bump this up to a 4.5 because it is fast food. I arrived mid day and I must say that they are the best fast food style burger joint in the area. pros: Food was fresh and cooked with good flavor. the restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. Is the salad bar where toppings bar if you wish to call it was fresh and the restrooms were clean. cons: One of the garbage was a little too full. the price on average runs approximately $1.25 higher than most fast food in the area. overall: Way above my expectations from a fast food joint.

I always pass by this establishment but never go in. Traffic was insane today and I was hungry so I was basically forced in. There was no line for the drive thru during rush hour (always a red flag) but who am I to judge? I ordered a double r burger(?) combo and there was a thin piece of foreign meat on top of the patty. I don’t know what I ate but I’m positive I will pay for it later. I also got mashed potatoes and they were ice cold. They gave me mashed potatoes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The sprite was very good but that’s not theirs. Just awful meats and icy cold potatoes. Weird place.

Was great. Definitely getting extra points because it brought back the nostalgia of when I used to go to Roy Rogers located in Hackensack in the '80s and '90s. I haven't seen one in decades, with the exception of the ones at the rest stops which I'm weary to eat at because they sit under heat lamps for unknown periods of time. This location however was making food ready to go... fresh. The chicken tenders brought back my liking of their flavor and skin seasoning. The milkshake was great and using real ice cream gets a thumbs up.

This place Roy's is really good! Excellent Roast beef sandwiches and Fried chicken,Along with Friendly Service. It's just sad I have to drive an Hour away since there are no Roy rogeres near me Anymore. I used to be a team member in the Early 90s for Roy's until it was bought out by wendys near me, I Quit and moved on. It was Awsome times. I'd love to open one as a Franchise nearby.
