Skyline Chili

I've come to this Skyline location for about it 20 years now and have never been so offended by it's staff. After the experience I had today I will not be back and would say if this is how they treat their customers, I would recommend other avoid it as well. Due to the drive thru line extending on to Plainfield Rd, I went in to place a carry out order. After I placed my order, a portly man with glasses made a server place hand written signs on the door stating "drive thru or dine in only" and was very vocal about it infront of the entire occupied restaurant. Having known the family that owns this location, I hope they still do and remove this person from their staff. After this, I will drive to Reading or Kenwood before patronizing this location. I would rather have frozen Skyline than give them any more of my money based off of this portly fellows actions.

3/28/22 Waited 22 min for a chili to get more staff folks Aways top notch they're getting a bit crazy wth their prices. It's spaghetti, ground beef and cheese c'mon Also, it would be nice to drive through the parking lot without going over potholes. This place makes a lot of money I'd think

Got takeout 5-ways there twice in the last month for several people both times. The 5-ways came without onions on both occasions and without crackers the second time. On the second occasion I asked them to check at the takeout window to be sure the order was correct. Probably go elsewhere next time.
