They are never open on time and when they are open expect to wait quite a bit.

Starbucks has specialty coffee and teas, they also have great coffee cakes. They always have a couple of people in line for ordering or pickup. They are friendly and quick. At this time of year they have specialty drinks. Thanks, enjoy

The service I received from Haili at the Starbucks inside of Kroger in Blue Ash, OH was AMAZING! Haili recognizes me when I approach the counter and remembers my order. I enjoy our conversation and my beverage always tastes great! Shout out to Haili for giving 5 star service every time!

Unfriendly, rude, condescending workers, my wife gets Starbucks all the time and it's used to certain quality. I am not sure if it is a lack of training or they just really don't care.. we asked if she could remake a drink and I actually got a lot of push back from the worker. ALOT of push back to the point of being rude. Truly horrible experience and a very sad representation of Starbucks. I will be calling the manager and escalating this issue. Did not catch the workers name but, I did notice she has 3 Batman tattoos on her forearm.

Starbucks sucks go to Sitwell's or Highland Cafe. Cincinnati local coffee shops are better then Starbucks. I do like their desert drinks but the other coffee shops are better.
