Disgusting service, we ordered a meal through Uber eats. They did not include the cookies and stuffed up our wrap that we ordered. We called them to organise the cookies to be delivered to us at least considering we paid for them and the lady was so rude and told us that we had to come and pick them up ourselves and was not apologetic at all. We then asked for compensation and she hung up the phone on us, we called again she answered and we told her that she was being very rude and she did not respond at all. Absolutely pathetic

Worst customer service ever! I went to this subway on the 27th of August, around 2:30 p.m and the girl working there was extremely rude.
Always with a bad attitude, she first told me that the eftpos machine was not working and asked if I had cash. I said yes, but when I went to pay she got upset because she didn't have 20 dollars notes to give change; then she told me to pay by card. 🙄

The delivery driver was okay but DO NOT order from this subway. I have purchased from them in store before and has a bad experience and this time I ordered 2 tuna subs and they completely messed up the salad in them, on top of giving us pretty much no tuna in the sub. Then when we called to complain and ask if we could get the correct sandwich, they told us they would not send us a replacement and only offer a refund of the 1 sandwich out of 3 that they messed up. If we were to accept, what was the point in ordering online and waiting for the delivery? We would have our money back but 1 person now is without dinner. Horrible service in store, mistakes made online and awful effort to fix their own mistakes.

Perhaps the worst dining experience I've ever had. They didn't acknowledge deals that were advertised, poorly trained staff and very rude customer service.
To begin my encounter at the place, they said they could not honour the dinner deal as it was for "lunch" time only. To confirm my suspicion it was purely because an undertrained staff member had just assumed. Because of the uncertainty, I was forced to wait 15 long minutes until the manager came back and could finally take my order.
Once my food had finally been ordered, I asked if they had free refills (which they said yes), but then was proceeded to be judged every time I went up, being asked multiple times how many refills I had.
I hope this place is equipped with better staff soon as I will certainly not be recommending this to anyone!

It was one of the worst service on history of me buying subway especially the staff. The staff is so ingorant. What does it mean by ignorant? The staff didn’t greet the customer (Me) at night time when nobody was in the restaurant and I am the only one buying. The staff always keep silent and doesnt talk and serve us by giving a cheesy and ignorant look to me. So, I feel like the staff like doesnt care about the cuatomer on around June 2018. The staff wears a glasses. Please fix this service and evaluate the staff. And the staff give me a sub with very very less filling like only 20% is filling and 80% is bread and the shape is smashed. Thanks (Sorry for bad grammar)

I ordered the smashed falafel at 6:20/6:30 in- store today. Got the smashed - with the employees gloved fingers falafel, but not the fetta or the other option that came with that special set order. And the amount of salad was pitiful. I also only got tzatziki sauce because I asked for it (another thing that is was supposed to come with) . Really not happy.

Had lunch at this Subway store on 2nd August 2019 as I've been dining here since 2014.
Purchased my usual 12 inch Veggie Delite sub and and asked for receipt.
While I was eating instore I've noticed on the receipt that I was charged for a Chicken Classic Sub instead of the Veggie delite which was $2.00 more.
When I questioned the staff member behind the counter that I was charged the incorrect Sandwich he asked me if I wanted a cookie or the $2.00 back. Received the $2.00 back with no questions asked.
Nice try to trying to blackmail me with a cookie.
BEWARE of the Pakistani with spectacles as he is always behind the counter as I'm sure he has tried to rob me before.
If you buy food from here or any Subway store PLEASE ASK FOR A RECEIPT and make sure you were charged for the correct meal.
The previous owner of this store sold the franchise in August 2018 and were great to deal with. Since then it has never been the same.
WILL NOT RETURN TO SUBWAY BEVERLY HILLS AGAIN.

I love the food at Subway Beverly Hills. I like salads, chicken fillet. very nice.
The staffs are very good and well behaved. They deliver food at my place quick. I enjoy my light lunch here.
