Pizza 9

Deep dish pizza with stuffed crust was great. If you like cheese on your pizza this is the place to go. Ordered a deluxe pizza and everything melted together the crust was just how I like it golden brown and soft and doughy. Like eating homemade rolls with pizza toppings delicious!!!!! Staff was very helpful great dine in experience thanks guys

Our first order went great. My husband left a good review. Our second order was BAD service all around. We ordered at 6:46 pm. I was told 30-45 minutes for delivery. At an hour and 15 minutes, I called to check on our order. The guy on the phone really didn't care. He gave me 4 different excuses. At 8:17, the driver called, trying to figure out which townhouse was ours. The pizza was barely warm. Not a good experience.

We are not from around here and have never eaten here. Just got off freeway and decided to eat. Great customer service. Great variety of food. Ordered lasagna soup, 2 med deep dish pizza and cheese cake. It fed my family of 7 with some left over. It's filling and delicious! I'm happy we stopped by and if we ever come back this way we will eat here again. So glad we ended up there on our way threw town.

We have ordered from this location for almost 2 years. We always get a large cheese stuff crust with olives and pepperonis. Tonight we received a very small pizza with one piece missing cheese... the pizza only measured 12 inches...when I called the person on the other line wouldn’t let me speak to a manger. Then claimed he was the manger. Told me “ that’s just how the pizza turned out” I told him I wasn’t satisfied with it. He then told me I could have my money back... he put me on hold but I could still here him talking about me to someone in the back. He came back on then retracted his earlier statement and said he wouldn’t be refunding me.... I will no longer be ordering from my house or work from this company. Very very disappointed in the service and also in its “management” I really hope the owners are aware of this bad service. I also gave notes for delivery instructions and the lady couldn’t find our house and when we asked her if they passed along the notes, she said no, they never do.

The last three pizzas were absolutely terrible. Downhill, drastically, is the direction the pizza there has gone. Until recently, their pizza was outstanding, and I anticipated ordering there every time. We always order their delux, with extra cheese. Their delux is now almost entirely without anything except cheese. You may wonder why I have ordered three pizzas if they have been bad - well, it is because it used to easily be the best pizza I have eaten in New Mexico in the twenty years I have been here. If they don't go back to making pizza like they did, they will soon be out of my business... I will not eat Pizza9 pizza again.

They destroyed this place! They closed and reopened in 2019, and now the food is GARBAGE. I explicitly ordered spaghetti on with sauce on the side, with Italian sausage on the side. I got UDON noodles that were overcooked, and there was a pile of SH$#$ red sauce on the noodles, and the DISSOLVED sliced up Italian sausage. I got sick from eating it, and I had to cook more pasta when I got home because one person couldn't eat the red sauce. I HATE HATE HATE HATE Pizza 9 now. $14 and 16 mile round trip to get a pile of SH$ - - That is Pizza 9 now in Bernalillo. You'll do Much Much Much better going to Pizza Hut! That's not saying much, but at least you won't get sick there!!!!
