Mcdonald's

Bathroom was somewhat clean until I went to wash my hands. Filthy faucets that were confusing to turn on. No paper towels tonuse to turn water off or open the door with and the dryers were spotty. Took about 10 mins to have my order taken and 20mins before I had my crispy chicken while waiting for my iced coffee. Was given wrong sized iced coffee. Dining room was practically empty and someone who came in after me had their food within minutes while I sat and waited. At least 2 different customers came in to have orders corrected from drive-thru while I was waiting. Nobody seemed to know what was going on there. Mop bucket infront of fryer had employees touching mop handle while maneuvering around. One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time.

Dirty and slow, perhaps very low staffed? The crew members were very nice and look like trying their best but waited 20 minutes in line inside to order as there were 6 people ahead of us and 7-9 behind us and nobody on register but one guy trying to do register, packing orders and handling some drive-thru in the middle of a Lunch rush. Most all tables were dirty with nobody wiping them for people to sit, bathrooms dirty and soda station a mess. The employees working were working very hard and trying their best but too much on them to handle causing bad experience.. should be left on the operating owner of the business on better ways to handle as I've witnessed throughout numerous states in the country all having different ways of managing low staffing/pandemic yet providing great experience.

Tried to use bogo code at drive thru from deal app, told it wasn't working. Asked if manager could help. Didn't get manager to check. Paid for rest of order for my husband, canceled mine. As we drove away, I put in mobile order and code worked fine, but didn't bother going back into that store. Not good customer service!!!
