So disappointed-it seems like any fast food restaurant you go to now is awful. $13.00 down the drain-couldnt even eat but like 2 bites of mine! In the trash it went-bread was soggy, breaking apart, and literally DISGUSTING.

Go home my bread was burnt, there wasn't enough chicken on there just for me to taste it I had to buy one get one free and a $2 reward they had smaller portions and my older came to over $15 I mean where's the rewards and that it was ridiculous

We ordered 4 sandwiches on the app, 2 of our sandwiches were completely wrong. 1 was a wrap asked for no onion, it looked like they gave extra. The other sandwich was supposed to have lift onions again extra. I paid for extra protein and did not get that.

Employee put the wrong sauce on my sub, and IMMEDIATELY offered to remake it. I opted not to inconvenience them. They gave us an extra cookie each to compensate us for the mistake. I call that good service.

7-10-21 Staff was extremely rude , looked like they were under the influence. He would ask a question and not even listen , then looked at you and says “What?” . So unprofessional. Over charged me. One guy burned the other customers sandwich to a CRISP and said “sorry”. Never offered to fix it. Then they tried to add extra toppings to our sandwich’s that we didn’t want and got a attitude when we offered to take it off. He slammed it in the trash. I WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THEY GET NEW STAFF.
