Arby's

This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this Arby’s location. We’ve ordered many times from here and it’s always been good. However, after picking up an order we placed online we realized they forgot the drinks for both meals, I ordered a beef and cheddar and they gave me a plain beef sandwich no cheese or sauce, my cheddar ranch chicken sandwich also had no sauce on it so it was very dry and my husband’s Swiss bacon ranch sandwich had no bacon or sauce either. We spent close to $30.00 altogether and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I order from here regularly because it’s the one take out place I can rely on for good food. I hope it gets better or I won’t be returning. UPDATE: 3 weeks later I received a letter in the mail from Arbys stating they are sorry for my bad experience and will notify the restaurant. They also gave me a coupon for one free small meal. I appreciate that they did follow up with my complaint unlike some places I have reviewed but seeing how they are a 4.2 billion dollar company they could have at least refunded my $30.00 or even given me a coupon for two free meals or even a meal larger then a small size. I feel like they did the bare minimum to correct the bad experience. No one called me or even emailed me. It was just a generic letter they probably mail out to anyone that complains. Disappointed.

My family eats here semi regularly, food is usually good. Overall about 30% chance of the shake machine working... It has been a while since I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, and was surprised & disappointed to find one small chicken tender... I used to work at Arby's in Middleburg and although it has been years, I've had the sandwich since and they aren't supposed to use a chicken tender for the meat of the sandwich. If that's all you have, at least use two for God's sake! Lol it was still good but not enough for the money. And like I said, we spend here regularly.

I tried the beer battered fish sandwich today and it was okay. The reason being I prefer my fish a little crispy, like their first fish sandwich. Plus the bread was toasted a little to much but overall tasted pretty good. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service. I'll try it again later to see if anything changes

The only restaurant this includes McDonald's that did not close early during coviduring covet any fast food place I went to was closed way earlier than they should have been but arby's stayed open all the time I think their food is good for fast food and they're generally pretty fast unless there's a long line yeah 5 stars kudos to arby's people

Listen, it's Arby's. They have the meats. If you are considering Arby's and are looking at reviews, my guess is that you want to know if THIS Arby's is decent, and not so much Arby's in general. What I can tell you is that I ordered some stuff, I got it fast, it was accurate, and it was hot and fresh. That's all I ask for. So, I left satisfied. A+
