Slim Chickens

Read some issues about the employees and operational issues. That’s very true. I stumbled into this place on the road. Menu didn’t work so cashier asked me what I wanted. No idea if they had anything else I got the chix filet type sandwich and it was great. Served hot with plenty of fries. Chocolate shake was fine. Good luck and let’s hope they figure it out.

First time eating at Slim Chickens. I ordered the chicken club. When I opened the box the top bun was split completely in two, no bacon, no cheese, the chicken patty looked like 1 chicken strip and it only took up 1 side of the bun. The person working the drive thru was nice. Definitely not worth the price for the food.

I ordered for pick up and was told I couldn’t have it handed to me through the drive thru because it had to signed off. Went inside to “sign off” and I was told a signature was not required to pick up my food. Came home to eat only to find my tenders not shaken in much sauce and a hair in the breading of the tenders.

Order my food off the app for curbside. Sat and waited five minutes after the time i was given. While sitting i watched employees place food on the counter, walk away and do a lap around the store. When i got out to go see what was taking so long, i looked on the counter and would you believe it was my order. He say it down walked away and left it for the cold to take over. The lady i talked to said they were to busy to bring it my car. They didn’t do anything about my food sitting there for the cold. Got home and my sweet tea was soured. Horrible service!

For some reason the employees at this location just can’t get it right . Every time I go here the chicken tinders taste old and stale. my fry’s are soggy and half the time I don’t even get what the meal actually is supposed to come with . I pay extra money for sauces and they come a quarter or half way full. and most of the time I don’t even get all of them that I Pay for . . I keep hoping one day it will be different cause it’s often one of the few options I have after work and I love the cayenne ranch but am always disappointed .

Food came fast, so that's the only reason I am giving 1 star. The fried chicken sandwich I ordered, came half fried with way too much sauce (the sandwich was dripping out of the bun..excessively) . The bun disintegrated as soon as I took the first bite. The entire thing fell apart. The attitude of the employees/manager also leaves much to be desired. Customer service has gone way down hill lately.
