Mcdonald's

I will never return to this McDonald's! The last two time's I have eaten here, the entire experience as a joke! The staff working the counter and drive thru window looked like they were on something and the food was not worth eating! A quarter pounder w/cheese was cold with un melted cheese slices and the ketchup ran out all sides of the bun, cold greasy fries and a coke that was mostly carbonated water! Both times I ended up trashing the entire meal and drink and going elsewhere. I don't recommend this particular McDonald's. 👎

Drive through was busy so we ordered curbside. Ordered two chicken biscuits for my husband and he opened as pulling out of the lot and they were dang near still frozen biscuits and chicken. We rarely go out to eat for breakfast and as I recently had surgery this was a treat for us. He can’t even eat his food! He’s so mad he refuses to even go back. Y’all need to make sure this stuff is fresh. Not cold, not frozen. I used to be a manager for McDonald’s and that stunt would have gotten me in a lot of trouble or my crew in trouble!

They didn't give me my full order. When I asked for the rest of it, the employee got an attitude saying I got everything. When I again said I didn't, they demanded my receipt, which I gave willingly. They still said I got everything. Then, I offered my bag to them so they could see I wasn't trying to pull one over them. They refused the bag. They went and got the manager and the manager threw my other stuff in another bag and slung it out the window at me saying "here". I grabbed the bag and the manager slammed the window and walked away. I still didn't get my full order but by this time I was so upset I just cut my losses and drove away. My sanity isn't worth a couple bucks.

If your fine with dealing with rude staff, and being degraded go here! I was a regular customer since I work across the street at cricket. I walk in asking about refills and the manager gives me a big attitude and tells me “we only do refills when dining in” with the biggest attitude. It’s not like the cups are 1$ and I’m fine with that lmao. But the sheer disrespect made it sound like she was talking to a child. Nope not having it. You lost someone! 😊😘
