Denny's was very friendly, accommodating in all our usual family weirdness & our unusual fun requests like the ultimate pancake sundae, the super fun adult sized birthday pancake breakfast our waitress today Jenny M was very attentive & did an amazing job. Love Denny's & the fact that we can come 24/7!! Even 3am lol 😜

I ordered food for Curbside Pick up and it was ready in less than 15min. When I arrived, called the number and the food was brought to me very quickly. Tray, the guy that brought my food was very nice and went back inside to grab the drinks that I was missing with no inconvenience. I did not receive a bad attitude from him, as I usually do from people bringing the food to my vehicle. In less than 5min from my arrival time I was leaving the parking lot. I’ve had to wait up to 15min minutes at other locations just for someone to bring it to my car. Hope all the employees at other locations were as nice as everyone at this Dennys. :)

We went about 4pm, very slow time. We both were hungry and in a hurry so we ordered breakfast. My husband ordered a 55 +(senior) omelet, and I ordered a banana strawberry blueberry pancake breakfast. The pancakes were HUGE! I couldn't eat it all, maybe half. It was delicious. My husband had more than he could eat, too. Service was excellent.

This Denny's on Mt. Vernon is super slow. Takes a while to be seated and even addressed. Customer service is horrible. Food was burnt. Our waitress gave us attitude when we requested refills on our drinks. When we needed to address the manager, she was nowhere to be found. The assistant manger dealt with or situation. If your looking for fast service, this is NOT the place to go.

Why I give it one star because of day we went I don't know what's wrong with their heating system but it was freaking cold inside. All the customers were complaining that the restaurant itself was very cold we asked the waitress what was going on she just didn't explain to us anything and just said we are sorry that it's so cold in here I like it like that our food got cold so quickly cuz of the temperature inside the restaurant we do not enjoy your experience there. Enjoy your food and to top it off we paid a price amount to eat her.
