Bad customer service. Gas pump didn't work. The cashier said she would come out and never did. The manager was too busy hanging out in the parking lot to care. Good thing QT isn't here, you'd go out of business

I went to get coffee , coffee was cold n does not taste good , I request cashier to make me fresh one , even I told him I help to make it , it was no busy he totally refused n told him ,is that ur customer service ? He didn’t care at all n I left all other my cookies n returned with disappointment n frustrating! That old man cashier never go again!

This place is a mess. Homeless people sleeping on the side of store. Store is nasty, clerks can't run credit card machines.
