My friends and I came into town for a girls weekend and stumbled upon this spot when searching for a good place to grab beers, sandwiches, and salads. Boy, I’m glad we did!
Yes, the food was delicious (the turkey Rueben, y’all—omg!!), the beer tasty (woa, the amber was great!), and the atmosphere fabulous (the keg ceiling is so cool!), but the highlight was the service.
Sue was incredible. She was efficient, professional, and oh-so-friendly. She had terrific suggestions for beer and food. We all could tell that she was a favorite server—another couple came in and was excited that she was there and greeted her by name.
We so enjoyed our dining experience at Avalon pub and grill. We told Sue that she was the best server we’d had all weekend, and it was the absolute truth. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed everything about this place. We wish the weather would have been nicer so we could hang outside, but everything was comfortable inside. Super nice waiter. Everything was well kept and clean and updated. We had the pepperoni pizza and it had delicious flavor and a great crust! We wished we had just ordered one for my husband and myself. It is marketed as a 9” personal pizza, but there were 6 pieces and we had way too much! Not over or undercooked. The drinks were fun and delicious.

Visited for lunch and everything was great! We tried the burgers, Bavarian pretzel and summer salad. Everyone enjoyed their choice. The atmosphere was good. Would recommend.

The beer they made was not my fav but they have other micro and some standard major beers if you don't care for theirs. Food was very good as was the service.

The service and food were both very good and everything was quick and efficient. Our bartender Nick was friendly and greeted us as soon as we sat down. The fish and chips were crispy and fresh. The fish tacos were seasoned well even though I would’ve preferred fried fish on them. It felt a bit pricy but perhaps that’s just food costs now. The atmosphere was nice and it was easy to get a seat.

Enjoyed the location very close to the beach outdoor venue on the sands. Also a huge indoor restaurant nicely decorated. Beer was good, the grilled chicken sandwich was huge but a bit dry.

My Grammy and I had a great dinner tonight at the Avalon Brew Pub! It’s Super Bowl Sunday so we sported our Eagles green but got gifted awesome shirts to wear too!! Sue was our waitress and she was fabulous! Go Eagles!!

If you are craving a delicious pretzel and cold beer this is the place! Plenty of other menu items to choose from too. The decor is well appointed and sophisticated. Local brews on tap as well as their own. Friendly and helpful bartender. They also severe cocktails in addition to beers.

Upscale place to eat. Little pricey but no complaints other than that. Good selection of micro brew beers.
