Pizza Hut

For at least the last year, they've had to constantly cancel our orders for not having items, not being staffed, not having drivers, or outright not being open. Last night we gave them one more shot and picked up what they could give us from our request, and today my husband and I ended up with food poisoning from what we suspected are old wings. This is the last shot we are giving them. They used to be good. Their customer service is still great. That is the only reason they are getting a 2 star instead of a 1.

They consistently can not keep ingredients or crusts in stock. This has been a problem for months. Constantly don't order from this location because they are always out. Would order from another store, but this is the one their app forces me to use. Update 07/22: Placed an order for delivery. It has been an hour after the scheduled delivery time. No pizza, and way to cancel or get in touch with the store.

They are out of dough/product a lot. When ordering online they never have my food ready at the designated time. They start on it once I arrive! Several times I have arrived to pick up my food and the store was not even open. They are supposed to open at 11. I have arrived more than once at 11:30 and no one was there. Also, the lobby is dirty. The floor is dirty and sticky. And I am someone who NEVER complains about restaurants/food service. This place is getting worse & worse.

I placed my order online. I went to pick it up just a few minutes early. The store was closed. Looking into the store there were no lights on. There was no personnel present. There were no cars in the parking lot. Adjust the online order process so that an order cannot be placed unless the store is open or will in time to fill the order. I even got an online confirmation for the order. Further, I got an email for this survey based on that order. It appears there is no mechanism in place to cover such mistakes.
