Taco Bell

I want to love it...I truly did,as since my move it was my closest Taco Bell. However, the last 7 times I have gone over a course of 6 months they won't take your order. Reading previous reviews it is evident that this is an ongoing problem at this location. I even tried to make an online order through the app...only to show up at 5pm and the store be closed with no warning. Getting my money back was a nightmare. I would never suggest this location.

Absolutely worst Taco Bell in the country. If you go at night past 11 o'clock then forget it. You will not get food. I think the lazy bunch work at that time and every single time they say,"We're sorry but we can't take orders for 30 minutes". No reason. No explanation. It's so they can sit their lazy selves outside and smoke cigarettes or sit inside on their phones. Its pathetic. Its inexcusable and the manager is to blame for not doing anything about it. I'll call corporate next.

This is the sorriest Taco Bell that I have ever been to in my life. First one of the employees told me that it would be 10 minutes before he could take my order. Then after waiting 10 minutes. A lady who I am assuming is the manager told me that she was not taking any order at that time. It was about 11:15pm when I arrived It is now 11:40pm. When I asked for their names and for the cooperate office number they refused to give it to me they said that they didn't know the number. If the employees spent more time inside the store doing their jobs instead of hanging out in the parking lot. This store might have a chance of having return costumers. Why do y'all stay open late if y'all are refusing to serve food to the customers. I will not be a returning customer to this store or any other store after tonight, and I will let everyone that I meet from this day forth know about the lack of customer care. Hopefully something will be done about this. Very very disappointed in Taco Bell. Don't go here pick any other food place but don't go to this sorry place.

I just ordered a bunch of food through the drive-through and they did not give me three Doritos tacos. Then I tried to call the store to let them know that and no one’s picking up and I can’t even leave a message. And the potatoes are hard so I will be reaching out to this location tomorrow to at least get a credit or something for what I didn’t receive

Please do everyone a favor and shut this location down. Went through the drive thru, cinnamon twists were AWFUL tastes like they had been sitting in the hot sun for two weeks and thrown in the bag. So stale. Order was just completely messed up they had no ice which I know they can’t help . At least get an order right after people drive all the way there and spend their money to eat there . The lady I think the manager is very nice but the guy cooking and helping had a miserable look on his face like he’d rather be shoveling poo than be working there. If you don’t like your job that’s on you, at least try to fake it til you make it sometimes dang. Just do yourself a favor drive a little further and go somewhere else…

Left food out of our bag and insisted it was in there even though I was sitting there showing them it wasn’t in there. When they finally gave us the missing food it was made wrong. And the attitude about it was ridiculous. We were super polite about it but we didn’t get that back. I could almost understand if it was a rude customer late at night or a weekend night but this was 11:00 in the morning on a Thursday.

Understaffed. Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that they were only taking mobile orders (which I tried and were unavailable). After enough waiting, cars behind me backed out and I was able to cancel my order and back out of the drive-thru also. Hope it gets better soon.
