Sat in line for 20+ minutes, and received this. Note: I was only 4 cars back from the speaker when I drove up. Rubbery, dry chicken. This is rolled in nuclear???
There was absolutely no spice, and only a faint hint of Buffalo flavor. I was extremely disappointed in the product - especially given the insane wait time.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, ONLY because the girl at the window was nice, even though she was being run rampant. She literally was running orders out to cars. If I would have had another half hour to waste, I would have gone in and asked for fresh and PROPER food. Sadly, I was on my lunch break and had already used that majority of my time.

Zaxby’s chicken is out of sight! Highly recommended! Zaxby’s combines great food with a very clean lobby. Great experience! They are very fortunate to have Tina working for them, she is very nice and takes care of customers with a snails and a great attitude! Kudos!

I have gone to this location three times and they have the sign out front that says Dining Room Open! No Really! Only for the doors to be locked and a note posted on the door saying dining room closed due to staffing.
Can't explain how disappointed thisakes me. It only takes one person to take orders inside but Zaxby's make out good by not having to refill drinks and take out trash. I am just tired of lazy people who don't want to work but will take a handout when available.

The fries were warm, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned, but the nibblers weren't up to their usual quality. Chicken wasn't freshly cooked, buns were hard and dry as though they'd been sitting out all day or longer. Times are tough!

Generally underwhelmed with the chicken club. Thought it would have a little bit of flavor, but I was wrong. It was a waste of money. Or like I spent $10 on just fries and a drink. A flat drink.

Drove through for a quick snack - everyone is always friendly and the food comes quickly and is always tasty - what more can we want from fast food?

Had a glitch with ordering online. The order went through on my end and charged my card, however the order was not recieved by the restuarant. The staff and manager were very helpful in figuring out the issue and getting my order correct.
