I wish they could have acknowledged that I was standing up at the register for more than 3 minsor more than 3 mins for an online pickup. I felt ignored, like the other times that I went there to eat, and the sandwich didn't have all the ingredient I wanted, was salty, and burnt thus tasteless. How will they feel if I ignore them (as a nurse) while they are in need of medical services?? I am sincerely looking forward to a better experience at this store...

Door were lock @11:45pm due to another shift not getting things together for night shift which was told to me... Alot of business was loss due to this and as a Company that wants to be open for several more years, this can't happen. Team work makes the dream work... Mind you, the store suppose to or have a sign that says 3am...

I received terrible service by the woman who waited on us on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at approximately 5PM. I knew I should have left when I ordered a footlong chicken MexiCali, and that woman got out a 6 inch piece of bread. The only thing worse than the service by that woman was the taste of the cold, soggy sandwich. I want my money back! Usually, this Subway has very good service, however, the service I received was below par. The only saving grace of that Subway is folks don't usually last too long there, so maybe she'll be gone when I decide to return in the Christmas season of 2023.

I do not recommend. 1st time: (06/18) in the morning my footlong took 1hour and 18 mins to made from online. And it wasn’t even made right. Had this hot as so auch I don’t want on it cause I had a bad headache. 2nd time: (06/18) ordered at 11pm. Got there at 1106pm. Doors was locked. The times on the door say they close at 3AM. Another person waiting told me they were on lunch. So no one was operating. Multiple people came to the door to get food and they just left and did not wait like the rest of us. I would’ve left as well but I already paid online and didn’t want to have to deal with this place ever again. I waited for about 30 mins. Left came back. I then went in and my order wasn’t even made at all. I then waited for him to finish another customers order then start on mine. And all 3 of my simple footlongs had the same mistake on it. All of them were on regular bread when I put flatbread. I do not recommend. 1 star

Service is horrible at Night Never Enough workers in the store to help and assist customers they're always out of some type of food product weather is lettuce pickles olives they're always out. Rude workers and workers stop severing when they want not during store houres thats posted on the front door. If Tabatha is still this store manager she needs to do better.

No food was available, I placed an online order, that told me it would be ready for pick up, to get there and wait 10-15 minutes just to watch the associate build the sandwich with only cheese and Salami because they had no pepperoni, I paid for 8 dollars for bread and cheese because there was no sides available. I mean, I would have taken a refund before a partial sandwich! No reason why you can’t have no available sides until you close at 3am No mustard, no lettuce come guys just close down and put the sign on the door saying you out of supplies tonight!
