I love their milkshakes the most. They use real ice cream instead of soft serve, of course. There's something about a good old fashioned milkshake though. The burgers are pretty good, too. They are better than most fast food burgers. Expect the burgers to be smaller because of the quality, however. Higher quality at a fair price is always going to be a smaller portion size, but it's definitely worth it. I've always loved their huge selection of ice cream and the small market. All in all, very great quality, service is great too.

Went today around 11:00 am because I had to meet someone in Athens. Had a wonderful lady wait on me, and they quickly had my #1 ready. Excellent as always. After that, I thought I'd get a small cone. The young kid went and made my soft serve twist. When he brought it to me, it looked like it had been sitting outside for 20 minutes in 90 degree weather. I said this thing has more water in it than ice cream. Why would you serve this to someone? He said, do you want me to remake it? I said no, I'll throw it away. He changed me for it, and I left. Folks many people are not worth minimum wage; in fact, whatever they're paying this kid is to much. Why would you serve something that looks like diarrhea to a customer? Hire the brainless? Is this what things have come to? Sad.

Very rude. 9 pm crew. I asked for extra hot fudge on my sundae and that I would pay for it, and the guy walked in the back with it and a lady came back and said that she made it herself and that there was extra hot fudge on it. I know that, I wanted more and I said that I would pay for more to be added to it. She then said to give her my receipt and she’ll refund me, and I didn’t want a refund and I told her to just give it to me and that’s it’s fine, just so she would stop being rude. I then had to wait for my sweet tea, because the guy walked away for 2 minutes, and when he finally gave it to me it was half full, it’s really messed up. I just wanted one thing and they got really upset ab it and I offered to pay for the extra hot fudge. If u don’t want to work or ate ur job, don’t work there

Management was rude, every table we tried to sit at was nasty with food and liquids on it. Trash overflowing condiments station was just unbelievable nasty. Worse part had 3 employees on break eating but going back and forth in kitchen getting more food to eat and drink. That was last straw for my family we threw food away and left. Also I'm African American before my review is judged every employee I'm complaining about was black and disgusting. No ice nor tea when fixed my drink cup had grease all around it from them fixing food to ice cream without using gloves so that there is cross contamination all around. I love braums but my next visit to Athens won't be there so customers beware this place needs new trainers who care.....Worst 36 dollars I ever spent to throw away..

430 pm 4/19/22--Stopped as we were going thru to Tyler wanted to try new flavors in a ice cream sundae... Guess we were not allowed to choose our flavors the woman was rude and all she asked was"which one u want?" I wanted hot fudge bf wanted hot caramel. She went straight to vanilla scooped them in to dishes and made the sundaes I asked for no whip cream... She said "say what?" So I repeated no whip cream. Wanted to come back thru on our way back and just get cones of new flavors but I think we probably won't. Bf not happy with woman being rude
