Drive through experience only. Service was quick. Order was correct. Staff was efficient and friendly. Speaker for order could use replacement. It was difficult to hear and obviously old. Ordered a 15 piece shrimp dinner and a small coke. Total was a lot over 14.00. For one person in my opinion expensive. Everything tasted okay but the macaroni and cheese leaves something to be desired.

This was by far the worst meal and experience I had with Captain D'Souza. First, you don't have the simple courtesy to greet a customer, just says with no eye contact "Your total is blahblahblah. The wait was per usual 🙄. But when I get my food home they barely give me 8 pieces of dried, shriveled, burnt broccoli. Wow! Then my child's macaroni and cheese was also burnt at the bottom and the lids was melting. This is freaking ridiculous.

Wanted a refund was waiting over 15 minutes before the meal was even prepared....... I was told they can not do refunds but the cook never started the order!!!!!!! 4 works.... no open dine in....... I paid cash!!++ over 30 minutes of waiting!!!!!! Sad business

Extremely busy but was fast service for having a rush at that time. Good was great & employees extremely nice going out of there way to make my 5 yr old grandbaby I'm raising happy !! ( He wanted barbecue sauce ! Lol ! )

Went to the drive through...waited several mins without a person's response...able to receive response then placed my order. I asked her for catfish, shrimp, w/ bake potatoe, and green beans. NO GREEN BEANS at all. Not the correct order and the food was COLD!

Order DT , But had to go inside to reorder to get my order rite. Yep i paid for 2 order..which were ok..OV it were ok..Didnt minded under today's circumstances..2nd Order Sandwich were Good..gave 1st sandwich order DT away. Again It Were All ok..Still Will Continue going bck as always when wanting A Good Fish Sandwich..
