When to the store in atascadero. Completely screwed up my order. Argued with me order was right on the screen. Waited for over 30 minutes had to get out of my car and go inside. Manager apologized finely got my wife's order and they gave me something I didn't ordered when I got home. They need to train and get a better class of employees and managers.

I go to this one since its closer and cheaper than one off Ramada drive. They are sometimes hit or miss on the quality of food (fries were old and stale, meat was dry and stale) and oftentimes its perfect . Ive never had a problem with staff and sometimes drive through slows down but it gets busy and its about 5 to 6 people working in there. Incorrect orders are rare overall and they have always fixed it above and beyond (be respectful to the employees).

The food is as expected, no issues. But every time I'm in A town and visit this location it appears that the drive thru service is getting slower and slower. Sometimes a 15-20 min wait. I understand from the other review responses that Jack in the Box is already aware of this issue and is working towards a solution. The 5 stars is more for honesty than anything else.

Just went through the drive through and the person who served me a) was very sweet and polite and b) had this awesome but subtle shade of purple hair. I bring this up because I didn't catch a name but the employee was able to get my fries made just the way I like them :) two thumbs way way up! Edit: I'd also like to add that the two employees I saw inside were wearing their masks correctly, which is a relief because I've seen places that slack off on that. It's hot and uncomfortable but they're doing it by the book!

Beautiful location! We showed up early in the morning and the place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, they took our orders on paper, I'm assuming the registers at the front weren't working but the whole process was still smooth nonetheless. They have a large table that can fit a large group of like 6 people. They also have a fireplace which I assume they turn on during the winter. Cool place!
