In their defense, they had 2 large dinner groups. Two of our guests had to ask for utensils 3 times after their salad was served. The flavor of the sauce & crust on the chicken was good, but the chicken was not tender. The appetizer Brusselsprouts was so good that one of our party asked for them in place of the vegetable that can with her dinner. Overall, we will go back to try something new.

The Guest House burger is amazing along with their service. The chocolate cake was good but very thick. I wouldn't recommend that.

Food was good but not exceptional, the servers/service was fantastic, parking was easy and the ambiance was about what I had expected. The cocktails were better than average, and the prices for everything were fair. If you want to play it safe while visiting Atascadero, this is a good bet.

Had the Friday Prime rib it was a good cut and cooked perfectly, also ordered the coriander chicken was very good also.

The food and drinks were AMAZING! We each got a martini and the Lori the manager made and it was delish!! We got calamari, ahi poke, chicken wings and hash and they were all fabulous! Great patio and atmosphere....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice, cozy restaurant tucked in the corner of a strip mall. Go inside. It's worth it. The Salmon Orza is particularly good, and I'm not a huge seafood fan. I'd get it every time if I lived nearby. And the flourless chocolate cake is really yummy!

This place is a must go for the Christmas/yule time! Warm environment. Cozy and comfortable. Friendly staff, delicious beverages and their food is top notch. Will go back again and recommend to others. The food tasted incredibly fresh and their Cesar salad dressing was zesty and delightful. Their ravioli and fettuccine was a comfort food all can enjoy with rich flavors and perfect proportions. I couldn't believe I had not gone there before throughout the rest of the year but their Christmas cheer brought me in. Beautiful outdoor and indoor seating for all occasions. Got food in timely manner, didn't feel too rushed or too slow. A little hidden gem I passed by many times without even knowing but worth seeking out. Will come back!

Came to Atascadero for work. Ate at Guest House the first night and liked it so much I returned the following night. Cannot recommend more! Food is very good (coriander crusted chicken, meatloaf) and the drinks are delicious. Eat at the bar, the bartender is excellent!
