I ordered online. I was across town, so I drove straight there. Upon arrival, one of the cashiers asked me how they could help me. I told them that I had ordered online and they proceeded to look my order up. They found my order and said asked the manager about it. The manager proceeded to tell them that my order “did not exist until five minutes before the pick up time from their website”. The manager was slamming things around and acted very agitated. I ignored all that and waited around for my food. I know that I should have checked my order before I left, but the manager bagged my food himself, so I did not expect to have any issues. When I got home, I noticed that two of my sandwiches were made wrong. I had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and two regular. I was given four regular. Not really a big deal. However, my fries were missing. Plus, I ordered strawberry lemonade and they gave me Pepsi. They also didn’t give us our dipping sauce for the tenders. No napkins, silverware, or anything. I called back and the manager tried to argue with me that there were no fries on my order even though I have an email of the receipt and that he only received an order for four regular chicken sandwiches and Pepsi, not strawberry lemonade. I am not saying that it’s not possible that their website malfunctioned. However, with his tone and the fact that he was argumentative, I decided to hang up. Especially, when he told me that he would “credit me for the fries“. With his standoffish attitude and the terrible service, I will not go back. The food was OK. The other staff members were friendly. The manager was very unprofessional though.

Disgusted with KFC. I’m already not a huge fan because of the low quality chicken they use. However we decided to stop in today to get some Nashville Hot Tenders. I ask the cashier for some sauce to dip my tenders in and im told they do not come with sauce. The manager tells me since they have Nashville sauce on them that they don’t come with sauce. However you pay more for that Nashville sauce so that makes absolutely no sense at all. Needless to say I absolutely will not eat here again.

I got the Jack Harlow meal and asked if I changed the drink if it still came in the Jack Harlow cup and he said it would be the same cup. I got one of the regular KFC cups. Only got the meal because I wanted the Jack Harlow stuff but okay 👎👎

Some items did not taste right.
Place needs to be cleaned a little bit.
Bathrooms are vary clean though just the dinning room is greasy.

Really out did themselves this time. The “three piece chicken and waffles” came with ... ONE piece. We also ordered 2 meals, but at least we didn’t pay for two. But we only got a third of one. 🤷♂️

The food was fine but then I started to notice how filthy the place is. This is quite a shock to me since it was just renovated! The floors were nasty and there was spilled food all over the place. People handling money and the. Straight to food. It grossed me out.
