Burger King

The only reason for one star I can't leave nothing. Stopped on our way back from California since we like BK. This store is a total joke.There was on guy handling both the drive though and the counter and one cook.( lunch time) Waited 10 minutes before I gave my order(there was nobody in front of me) Then it took 30 minutes to get my order which was wrong. Finally got it and when we started to eat it it was so bad we just though it away. Do your self a favor and never go to this BK.:(

This was the dirtiest Burger King I have ever been in. We had to clean our own table before we could sit down to eat. The trashcans were overflowing and the men’s bathroom was so dirty that I decided to wait until we got to our destination to use the restroom. The floor was extremely greasy. It was like walking on a ice rink.

Our food was fine and came out fast but every table was dirty (with only two other tables seated) and we watched as customer after customer stood at the counter clearly being seen by staff wandering around but not being helped with any kind of sense of urgency whatsoever. One guy left, another went to the bathroom after standing awkwardly at the counter for a while... mentioned it to friends after I left and they say they witness the same thing happen there all the time. Oof

The drive-through cashier had no personality and didn’t give us the credit card immediately back. The window was cracked open while they were preparing our food and I could hear the guy in back Shouting expletives in my car about the customers in the drive-through. Worst drive-through experience ever!

I can’t believe how horrible the service I had experienced today in BK Ashland! I’ve been waiting in line for 45 minutes to an hr! When I came to make an order The guy told me I have to wait I’ve waiting for another 30 minutes! For him to get back to me! When I finally get my order he gave me a bad look and rudeness don’t even say sorry for waiting and thank you! I looked his name tag I got his name James! And as I’ve read some reviews I am not the only one complaining about his rudeness to the customers. I wonder why he still there? I love BK I don’t mind waiting but not for a hour with the rude service! You guys need a new service crew! That more kind and polite NOT like James.

Waited 20 min for our food and the place was not busy! No diet Coke at all and the regular Coke ran out and so our sodas had to be filled in the back. They we're heavily carbonated and not filled to the top! Fries were not full and they forgot the cheese on one burger and the other cheese was not melting at all on the burger.
