Why can't I give ZERO STARS? Let's start with the abusive management and older workers. It's almost as if they're there solely to bully their coworkers. You can hear the stuff they say from the front counter. It's embarrassing. Horrible customer service. Terrible, poorly prepared food. Worst Wendy's I've ever seen or been to in the entire country and that's saying a lot. If this place burned to the ground tomorrow Billings would be better for it. I'll be calling corporate about this place. Sorry excuse and their franchise license should be revoked.

This has to be the fastest and freshest Wendy's i have ever eaten at! I had my food before my receipt printed and it was too hot to eat. When it cooled down it was very good. Hats off to the manger and employees.

The drive thru time is 6 minutes before anyone says anything. No suggestive selling, stop orders before the time, Iam sure numbers don't lie that don't hit that bottom line. New management can have this a number 1 store easy!!. This is not customer service at all!. #ReDo!!!

Driving back from North Carolina to MD I stopped in and didn’t have any cash or card I had my Apple Pay. I hadn’t eaten anything all day and only the drive through was open they don’t accept Apple Pay through drive through. If it’s open everyday they should probably specify that it’s only drive through.

Worst wendys experience ive ever had. Took over 30 mins to get food and they forgot half of our order. Then got mad when we told them and took them another 15 mins just to get those ones

Edit: I have changed my rating. The last couple times I have gone through the drive through, the service and food have been quick and more reliable. Improvement noticed. Thank you.

Just went through the drive-thru... They are super slow. I ordered a simple 10 piece chicken nugget and a cookie. After waiting 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru or more it took them an additional 15 minutes to get my order to me. There seems to be no sense of urgency with staff and I got attitude when I questioned why my chicken nuggets took so long. Extremely disappointing experience.

They NEVER get your order right..it's either something's missing or it's something completely different than what you ordered..check your food before you pull off because 10/10 your order is wrong .

Clean facility. Super friendly and helpful staff. Gave my toddler a juice box when he went up to the counter to "order" one. So nice!
