Stopped by for a quick meal and did a build your own burrito bowl. Quality of the spicy chicken to the fresh veggies and salsa were great. Can be a bit pricey for what you get compared to other places in town but a good stop none the less.

Outstanding even though there is a pandemic and seating is limited. The food was still delicious and the location was clean. As a side note, I'm upset the location in Biltmore Park is permanently closed, which quadruples my drive time to get to this location.

1st timers visiting from Indianapolis and got to say 1 of the best burritos I've had ... good job Neo.. wife had tacos and wer fantastic. Portion size was spot on as was flavor .. Im a Chef from Indianapolis and I am pick apart food from everywhere I eat and again food was spot on ... thank you for the experience

Still a super experience when I am passing thru, especially compared to other area competitors. This place has the best and most ingredients including vegetarian/vegan options. I actually like the industrial accents of the spacious seating area. And the arrangement works well for maintaining the flow of patrons getting through the line and out the door efficiently. The chairs make a cringe worthy scrapping noise against the floor. I have seen the long lines more recently that I have in the past.

They were short staffed and low on some ingredients but absolutely were perfect and outstanding with both customer service and quality. This place blows the doors off Chipotle and other build your own Mexican places. Wish I had one closer to home!!!

Great portions, fair prices and awesome food! If you like the customization of Blaze Pizza or Subway, you will love this place. Last time I visited there was an issue with rude staff and they were talking poorly about their co-worker while she wasn't there... it was a little unprofessional but didn't ruin my experience so its all good.

The staff was helpful in explaining how the menu worked. The food was very good, they offered a beer battered Tempe which my veggitarian wife enjoyed very much. It was a very nice time, we will definitely be returning.

I've never had a restaurant where I get the same thing every time, but the chupacabra burrito is that thing. Get the large spinach tortilla (added cost, worth it), chili beans, and chorizo.
Secondary thoughts: the burrito is so good, but they have really great beer deals on different days and I love mixing the hot chili salsa with the green salsa for the perfect accompaniment.

I've been several times and the food has always been great. Service has been suspect a few times. They did have excellent drink specials a few days each week but the last time I was in the signage had been taken down so I'm not sure if they still do that.

Living burrito loco. I love gigantic burritos. I loved the burrito I just ate. Interesting and delicious fillings. Funky good drink selection. Cool people working here. I really liked the feel and furniture as well, both inside and out.
