Domino's Pizza

Not a lot of delivery pizza options in town and I love their gluten free dough so typically wind up here. The last two times.however have been disappointing. Food is fine it's the delivery. First time they were over and hour late past the requested delivery time. An hour is a lot when you have hungry little ones. When I called the store they simply said they were short staffed. Try #2. Same thing. App said estimated time 25 min. 45 passes and pizza still not in oven. Call and again one driver and they tell me that wait time is about an hour and a half. Again, fine... But maybe there should be reflected and updated in the app or the delivery option turned off. I had to change it to carry out. Food is always good but don't trust anything the app says when it comes to delivery time... you'll be disappointed

Tonight my kids and I arrived to Ashville hungry. I placed my order at 7:30pm. I was told that the order would take 1 hour and 22 minutes. I called back at 9:00 pm and was told it was close. Called back at 9:30 pm and was told my pizza was just going out now. Maybe one more hour. 10:20 pm I recieved cold pizza. I am not happy. Wish I could have my money back. My kids also feel asleep waiting for the awful pizza. What a disappointment. I was hoping for late but great and instead I got late and garbage. The pizza sadly was not edible. I will be dropping my trash off to this store.

Waited on hold for 40 minutes.drove to store while on the phone and went inside.they stood there and looked at me like deer in the headlights.i asked if I may please order some brownies.they replied just one minute.20 mins later I was standing there looking like a fool.i was the only customer in there..a week ago I also had a 1 hr and 45 min order time which I cancelled..someone needs to fire everyone in this store or close down immediately

Best pizza value in the area. I always order online (which allows me to get points for free pizza) and carryout. I like that they allow special choices when ordering like "well done" for a crispier crust. I never use delivery, so can't comment on that. The pizza is not super oily like Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. It's also much better than Papa Johns (can't stand their pizza). The staff at this location are always super friendly.
