30+ minutes in drive through on a Tuesday evening. Of course your trapped so you can’t leave. Finally get to the window & as we pull away, wrong order. Wife goes inside to wait in line with others who were given the wrong order. Another 20 minutes later the order is corrected.
Ridiculous. Don’t give me ‘short handed/staffed’. That only works for slow service. It also only works every once in a while. Not EVERY DAY. Also, giving the wrong order has NOTHING to do w/short staffed. This is just incompetence.
If you can’t provide BASIC SERVICE then close. Lock the door & try again another day. No excuse providing poor service.
Not wasting my time calling a corporate office to get free taco coupons. Not doing this again.

Ordered through DoorDash, ordered two combo meals along with 2 packets of mild sauce. The order was delivers with no sodas and with no taco packets. Neither the management at the store or the Dasher caught it. This store seems to have an issue with getting orders right and with rechecking before sending out or giving the orders to the dasher. So now out the $30 which is just bad.

placed an order on the app 10 mins ahead of getting there, proceeded to wait 25 minutes for a quesadilla and a taco. Drink was pure carbonation, employees were no help. Never had a worse fast food experience

I hope this reaches the management of this location. I came through the drive-thru about 9:40pm on May 26th. It was super busy and while it took a while to get to the window because of orders in front of me they couldn't have been more friendly and efficient. The lady in the Drive-Thru was very pleasant despite the volume of business they were doing. I've been in the food service industry for 25 years. I couldn't have had a better experience, not to mention the fact some of the other Taco bells I have stopped at recently left me disappointed. I only got three Taco Supremes, and they didn't short on ingredients, honestly I was so pleasantly surprised. I got home and ate and my only disappointment was that I didn't have a receipt so I could call and praise their evening staff to management. I will definitely be bypassing the other Taco bells on my way home from work to go to this one.

I NEVER complain because I understand how things are. We waited 45-50 mins in the drive thru line. No way to exit. Once you are there, you can’t get out. There was only 2-3 cars. That’s it. For 50 minutes. It’s extremely stressful for others. For a damn breakfast burrito. & no apologies for the wait. Or kindness. I just personally think Taco Bell should do a little better.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru, the girls at window was talking to me about what she ordered online for clothes. Handed me my order, “I asked of it was all there?” She replied “yes”. I get home and they shorted me 6 soft tacos. I called and they said I can come back and get it or get another day. I went back and went inside. I waited about 10 minutes for my other part of the my order. One of the girls there told another worker not to sweep, just mop. Yuck!! They need some guidance on how to treat staff and customers.

Very long line in drive thru. Ordered ahead of time and did not make a difference, you still sit there forever. My order was incorrect, but there was no way I was waiting in that line again. Nothing worse then waiting for, so long, just to not even get the order right.

I’ve been doing Doordash for 3 months now. Sometimes I’ll have to wait a little while for someone’s order, which is expected. What happened tonight was completely unacceptable.
I arrived around 9:20 PM. The employee seemed to be friends with the 2 girls in front of me at the front of the line .The employee offered her friends “Do you want a coffee?? Iced or hot??” "How about a slushie?”
Finally she acknowledged me and i told her i was picking up an order for so-and-so. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes (!), along with 3-4 other unhappy people who had been waiting just as long.
At around 9:50 the manager comes out and lets me know they’re not doing the order. His excuse was they had too many orders to catch up on. (They were NOT that busy at all). So, again, they let me wait for over 30 minutes in the lobby before telling me. Neat! They’ve got time to make free drinks for friends and chat with them but not to actually do the work they’re supposed to do.
I missed out on what would've been a generous tip, my time was completely wasted, and the customer didn't get their food. And BTW, I'm sure they placed the order over an hour before they close.
Id hate to know my restaurant was being ran in such a way.
Idk if I've seen such blatant disregard for customers before. They clearly decided they just weren't going to do anymore work way before they were supposed to actually close, and everyone in the lobby waited and waited for nothing but refunds (If they didn't already leave in disgust)
