Not all Einstein Bagels are the same. This location was disappointing. There was barely any Everything seasoning topping it. At another location the seasoning was on both sides but not here. And you are charged an additional $1.99 for cream cheese which is enough to purchase a container of plain cream cheese and they barely put any on my bagel. This one is the closest to my home (1.5 hours). I was so looking forward to having this bagel. What a let down.

The bagels are reallllly good and they have some wild flavors. Six cheese! Hash brown! French toast. All delicious . The all nighter sandwich is out of this world (bacon, egg, and cheese on hash brown bagel)
The staff is super awesome - especially Seyi - who made my experience super awesome.

No reason for dining room to continue to be closed. Everyone else seems to be able to manage it. And bathrooms not accessible to customers. Really?

Amazing service from every single employee! Greeted by all and received kind and friendly service which we found refreshing due to the lack of customer service nowadays. Kudos to a great staff and hopefully they are acknowledged for their efforts. We will be back!

I have used this location for catering orders to surprise my daughter at her work twice now. The employees have been very helpful and really nice. The first time, I did not know my daughter would be staying home sick when the delivery was to show up. But they called her, and took it to her house instead. I appreciate that they went out of the way for her, and for me, like that. I do have to note though, that using the website to order can be a pain. It took me far too long to do that, but in spite of that issue I will use them again.

Friendly staff, great service. Very clean location, service was quick. They didn't have any everything bagels when I got there and asked me to wait 10 minutes for them to make me a fresh one for my lox. I did ask for it to go but they gave it to me to eat in, though that was quickly resolved. Ten minutes later I had a delicious lox bagel. The is plenty of seating at this location, indoor and outdoor.
