Wendy's

This location is seriously the worst. I cannot even begin to explain the amount of chances I have given them - each at least 6 months apart in hopes the staff has changed - not a single improvement ever. Husband recently went through the drive thru and absolutely everything was wrong. We will never be returning to that location and will never advise anyone to go there for a quick bite to eat. I never write reviews, but since I’ve given it several chances and not seen even the slightest improvement, I felt it was necessary.

I walk over to Wendy’s to try the new Strawberry Frosty and when I walked into the store, an employee stared directly at me and turned back around. This employee then comes back to the front of the store with chicken patties in his bare hand with no gloves. The employee proceeds to finish his tasks without gloves or hand washing. The store should also work on the flies in the front of the store. The frosty was delicious and keep those machines working!

The past two times I’ve gone here, it wasn’t worth it. The first time, their system was down so they weren’t taking orders. The second time I waited 30 minutes for a small order and it took two people to bring me my food. One to carry the bag and one to carry the drink. I didn’t receive a straw either. I don’t know if it’s terrible management, lousy workers, or short staffing but this location is severely lacking.

Employee was very rude as soon as we got to the speaker, took our order but actually messed it up , then told us it was our fault. By this point i am getting super mad. Then we are told to pull up we are waiting on spicy nuggets. So we pull up and wait for 20 minutes, still no food. Call 3 times with no answer. Finally after a 4th phone call someone tells me they have already brought it out to me. If that was the case i wouldn't be calling. Got a refund and left.

10pm July 5. It is now a 30 min wait. 15 people have driven off with no food. Most employees are cleaning up the dining area. The place stays open until Midnight but they don’t like to serve food past 9pm. 3 employees cleaning and talking…still waiting..10.22pm….at least 20 people have left with no food.. Great Management
