Wendy's

We stopped in for a quick lunch because my buddy said the fries were good. It took at least 20 minutes for us to get our food. The fries weren't even close to hot and my hamburger wasn't even cooked correctly. They had at least seven people working in their you would think that they could get the food out to you correctly. So after waiting 20 minutes to get the food and then the fries were cold I told dude he needed to get us out some hot fries. So about 10 minutes later he brings out some fries that are almost hot. The food was terrible the service was even worse I will never go back

I went here on Tuesday (April 5, 2022) close to 8:00 p.m. We went through the drive though, even though there was a long line. The person took my order. When I got to the window, the total was not what I remember seeing on the drive through order screen. I can't confirm though, because I was given no receipt despite paying with a card. The person at the window could be heard yelling and screaming through the closed window. It didn't seem to be related to taking orders or anything related to work for that matter. When the order was ready (which actually was a reasonable amount of time), it was pretty much thrown in the car. Our food (fries, chili, and hamburger) was just barely warm. The cup with my Frosty was dirty. I have never had trouble with this Wendy's location or any Wendy's location honestly. I am very disappointed. :(

They always get my order wrong and it may just be bad luck but my nuggets are always lukewarm. If you go in I wouldn't expect fast service. The crew members are always very friendly but the manager I usually encounter is always complaining rather loudly about how her crew doesn't deserve the money they earn.
