Burger King

I ordered an Impossible Whopper at this location and instead of telling me they were sold out, the employee took my order (an Impossible Whopper is significantly more expensive than a regular burger) and she served me a regular burger. When I realized what had happened, I called the store to see if I could come back and get what I'd ordered, and she told me that they didn't have an Impossibles and hung up. No apology. No solution . So I paid $11 for a burger that I fed to my dogs. After this horrible of service, I'll never be returning to this location.

The Burger King on Lincoln Way is absolutely the worst. I go to the 13th Street location, if at all possible. They always charge me for extras that they don't add. Once, I asked for extra mayonnaise. When I got to work, there was no mayonnaise on it at all. I called the store, and I was told I would receive a coupon in the mail for a free Whopper. It never came. I asked the Manager about it later on, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. I don't bother to complain after that. I guess it's partially my fault, because I keep going back. Sometimes, I just can't make it to the other location.

9:25am Dear Mr. B. King, If the lady that was running the drive through and front counter could get some help so she not so unpleasant and rude. That would be great. Now I know why the parking lot was empty and one car in the drive through. If she worked at all your stores you'd have none. Be a little more polite. I just left there sat July 24 ,2021 @ 10:45 pm the girl working the window n the guy she had working with her I must say they are an amazing team! Good job! Good hustle! Y'all are the only place open right now n they have a line around the building and that team tonight I must say is handling there business! Food hot fresh n right! They both deserve a raise

NO OUTLETS, WiFi can barely stream 240p YouTube, and the bathrooms are pretty gross. Bad bad bad I have been here a handful of times over the past month as a fan of the franchise, and the food is fine. Exactly what I expected, but nothing more. Which is fine. However, the absolutely terrible WiFi speed is the real killer here, and is the primary reason that I will be going to McDonald's to study in the future. The WiFi was not even fast enough to submit this review (had to switch to data). The bathrooms are also pretty bad :/
