Was here a few years ago, I was the only person in lobby and no one in drive-thru when I walked in. So, it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order and another 15 minutes to get my order. Talk about slow service. Staff was very rude and if I had the owners number, I would of called him. He needs to either retain his staff or replace them. This was one of the worst Burger king I stopped in. Overall, glad it was a one time stop in.

Standard BK menu and taste, but the customer service was unbelievable. The gal taking our order and the guy at the window were amazingly courteous. They even gave Zola some doggy treats without us asking! Kudos to those folks and management! Reward your staff because they deserve it!

Took very long time in the drive through. Items and sauce were missing. Chicken sandwich was pretty much burned. Main lobby was closed, so could not even go in to get it fixed.

Drive-through was fast. Food was hot. Napkins did their job. I am excited to tell you that I did not get sick.

I understand y’all probably don’t have appropriate staff, but thank you to those who show up and serve us and make us food. I don’t mind the wait because I completely understand y’all’s circumstances. The workers are always kind and they always give me hot fresh food. You guys are doing wonderful.

My girlfriend and I ordered food online and paid. We drove over only to find out the place was closed. We ordered at 10:05pm, It says online that you're open until midnight.
We got an email order confirmation and everything...?? 🤷🏻♂️
