Am not impressed with how this restaurant have forgotten about it took the customer to build it up, while now they serve us slop and no good customer service.
I grew up in a time when the Golden Arches were just that but now they can't even fill an order properly.
Here's a photo of a Fish Filet of what I paid for and almost ate, not a good thing

⚠️READ⚠️I have been on the road for 5 hours and was hoping to have a delicious crispy spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered it then got into my car to eat my delicious spicy chicken with bread around it. I drive when I eat so I was far from the mc Donald's when I opened my box to find a bacon Qtr cheese. I hate bacon. I was very disappointed and my heart broke. I gave the rating a two because of my drink and my fries. when you order here, make sure to spell it out so maybe you can get what you wanted.

I have honestly never eaten here, but when it was standing delivering from this store was difficult and dangerous, no other drivers I know liked going because of the process.
On another note, for something to burn down this often is either really good insurance fraud or something right out of Poltergeist. RIP, have the grounds blessed before you reopen.

Actually very shocked! I quit stopping cause everything had become so salty it served cold. I was craving some nuggets so I got the 10 piece value meal with a medium mocha frappe. The price $11.26. A little steep I do admit but the food was good this time. The fries were actually hot.

This has always been our go to place for french fries when in Alton. I was SO sad to see that it burned down... But I was just as happy to hear that the owner intends to rebuild. The store was always clean and the staff was always friendly. Can't wait until the reopening!

They must have crack addicts working at this place. I have never 😡 in my life went to any fast food restaurant order a hamburger and no meat between the bread!!!! Lord I live in St Louis Mo 20 miles away and these people said I need to return with the receipt instead of offering some kind of coupon or option to return to another McDonalds in close proximity. 😡😡😡😡
