Mcdonald's

Cranky old ladies shouldn't be working the window "what do ya want." Is not a proper greeting through the speaker system. As some one who has worked fast food for three years it's not that hard to sound pleasant at your job. Also as a company the fact that you don't offer the spicy checking sandwich anymore during breakfast and you still offer the regular one is stupid. It is the only thing on your menu that is remotely good for breakfast. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Food was fine but we got jipped on our bill. The total at the drive thru and on the screen was 15.24. The drive thru cashier took the $16 we gave her and then said it was 18 something because they took the 2 for 6 off and then said "Sorry I have delexia." Yet they have the signs up and the total on the screen was 15.24. Then when we said "but the signs are still up for it" and she yelled to someone that a customer was complaining in her window and she didn't know what to do. Super rude and and unprofessional. Then she changed the total to 13 something and handed us back a 1 dollar bill, but we had given her 16 to begin with (because the total originally was 15.24 and we didn't have a quarter). She then Argued with us about how much money we gave her until we gave up and left. Here's an idea McDonald's, how about you don't have someone that can't do basic math at a cashier? This was completely ridiculous.

The kid giving orders out hands me my food. I said I had a mobile order as well. He stated yes, maam. Then, I said this is not all of my first order. Which consisted of 60 chicken nuggets and 3 large fries. He said yes, it is all there. There is a 40 box and a 20. I said no sir, there are only 2 20-piece boxes. He argued me that they put 40 nuggets in a box, which isn't possible. So he got his manager, and they owed me a 20-piece nugget. Manager hands me the food, and he slams the window shut.

The staff here, who I had previously thought were pretty cool, are incredibly rude. FIVE separate workers took time to come to the drive thru window to yell at me for not leaving without my order. Each of them pulled down their mask to call names. A worker then had some sort of tantrum and walked order around my car instead of giving me my order. She stopped at three cars and began trash talking me, which is embarrassingly juvenile of her. After ten minutes of listening to the workers seemingly take out their frustration on me, I cancelled the order and left. I don't know what any of those kids are thinking, having a public fit in order to force customers to leave, but if they are that immature, they probably shouldn't be working a frier. I wouldn't be surprised if one of them burnt the place down in a hissy fit with the way they acted.
