It was getting late, I was starving and didn't have time to cook. This is how you end up at a fast food restaurant, right? I wanted something 'different', so I selected a KFC that was open until 2:00am, as listed by google maps. It was more than 12 miles out of my way, but I figured it would be worth it, because I knew what I wanted.
I arrived between 10:00 and 10:15pm on a night they stay open until 2:00am. (Google listing says "confirmed by business 5 weeks ago".) I haven't been to a KFC in a long time, and wanted to try the new nashville hot chicken tenders and the crispy chicken sandwich.
When I began to place my order, I was told there's nothing left -on the entire menu- other than thighs and drumsticks. Mashed potatoes? No. Cole slaw? No. Anything? Just chicken on the bone, fries and biscuits. I ordered a 3 piece meal with fries and got soggy old chicken, and they forgot to give me the drink, which I had to drive back for when I realized they had sent me off without it.
By the way the staff was operating, I could tell this wasn't unusual - it's the way this location is run every single day. Family members of the staff had their cars idling IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE, as if the place was about to close for the night. Customers had to navigate around them to get to the ordering station, once they realized they weren't sitting behind other customers.
So, the only KFC location that stays open late in north metro Atlanta has a staff that is geared entirely toward closing as soon as possible - while barely serving a fraction of the advertised menu.
I rarely eat at KFC or any fast food restaurant, and this visit has ensured I'll think twice before doing it again.

Manager is outdated and has a hard time hearing, let alone putting a correct order in. Waited 25 minutes in line due to the undertrained/underachieving staff. Mind you I am a truly patient person and I tried sympathize with fast food workers as i couldn’t imagine doing the job that they do. Thus, I give them the utmost patience and respect when interacting with them. Having said that I will say the manager has no people skills and was very angry acting as if I was lying about her not getting my correct order. Basically told me to get lost (go f myself) and shoo’d me away like a stray dog or an animal or sorts. This happened on 2/20/22 at lunch hour, I hope the manager who dealt with me is reading this in the hopes that she will learn from this. I have a feeling her terrible attitude affects more than just her job but her life as a whole.

No napkins, straws, cup lids or condiments readily available for customers, you have to ask for everything. Soda fountain area and dining tables were dirty. There was not enough staff and sometimes nobody at the cash register. Very sad place.

I have a 1 star rating because I could not go any lower. How does KFC headquarters allow this franchise owner to remain in business? How does a person go this location 3 times within a 60 day period, and a chicken restaurant does not have chicken? The last experience, the drive through sign was not on (not lit up). So we happen to speak and asked, “ Are you open?” A lady said “yes.” We said, “Your sign is off.” She replied, “That’s because KFC is out of chicken but Taco Bell has Tacos.” …So you turn off the sign for both restaurants but people can still drive up to a dark sign? Allow me to reiterate, this was our third time within a 60 day period at 10960 State Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022

From ordering it started with negative remarks as "what do you want" then "wait" then "what do you want" in negative tone. Ordered 7 tacos and 8 pics chicken and told me they only had wing and brest so she will upcharge for brest. I decided to just get the taco. As I was at window she waited till I reached into window to give her the card and just stare at my card to reach her hand then when she gave me the food same way so when I reached for food due to arm bearly reached bag had been pulled and she shouted don't snatch bag form me. I never had a person so rude and nasty working. I am Asian and she may done this as racial discrimination and I strongly felt discriminated.

It took four times for the drive thru to get our food right to get back to work and it's all wrong...
Read the screen people and put the correct food in the bag....

And Taco Bell!! Had a great lunch! Classic chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy. My wife had tacos.
