Subway

Your standard Subway location, don't over think it. Good place for a quick sandwich to go. The staff are friendly and willing to make small talk during the slow hours. It's a small location with little seating. Try to avoid going here during the usual 12-130pm lunch rush when everybody goes out to eat in the area.

I went to the subway on Windward plaza on Sunday afternoon around 5:10-5:15pm to try out the casear wrap that Subway has advertised. Anyway I walk in and a black lady there tells me that the restaurant is closed. WHAT?! I told her that your sign says that you're open from 8:30am to 8pm. She say despite what the sign says, her boss told her to say that they are closing early. She is going by what her boss said. Really?! That's false advertisement. How was I supposed to know? If your sign says you're open till 8pm, you are open till 8pm. Subway needs to honor their hours of operations to better serve their customers. I left the subway on Windward plaza in total disgust?! I guess they didn't want my money or business anymore. I went to Jason's deli and got better service! Subway on windward...BOOOOO!

I live less than 1 mile from this place so instead of driving I decided to walk, which was a 25 min walk. I arrived there at 8:40pm today 6/18/2018. I walk in because the sign says they closed at 9:00pm. This little young guy turned off the open light sign, so I walks in he tell me they are cleaning and they are closed. I say but your sign says you’re open until 9? He ignored me and walked in the back to continue what he was doing.. I will NEVER come here EVER again. Pissed to the MAX
