An Italian delight for our dinner date night. We couldn't reserve a table but they still were able to accommodate us in a kind way. Service was friendly and attentive to detail. The welcoming fresh bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is a treat (yes, more, please!!!). Everything we ordered was perfect, tasty and well seasoned. We hardly ever go for desserts, but this time we did and so glad we did. Go!

Fantastic dinner experience as I found them based upon some video recommendations from several YouTube channels. The menu is diverse without being overwhelming. We ordered some of the daily specials which included Veal osso bucco, fior di latte caprese. We also ordered the oxtail ravioli, gnocchi, and seafood spaghetti. Everything we ordered was prepared very well, seasoned with care, and portioned well. When I'm in town again I will definitely make a stop in again to experience the rest of the menu!

Nice Italian (or better American-Italian) restaurant in Alameda. It is located in an open shopping center and it was very crowded when we arrived for dinner. Reservation is required unless you are ok with eating late (Americans usually eat early, or at least per European standards). It is a very standard menu for Italian restaurants in the Bay Area. Appetizers where great. We had carpaticcio and octopus. Both were really good even if octopus appetizer was more potato then octopus. I had salad with pears and gorgonzola. It was really good except gorgonzola was really missing in action. Main dishes very mainly disappointment. They were ok, but nothing really special. The desert was good according to my family. Portions were decent and prices were inline with restaurant inflation this days in Bay Area. In one world: Ok.

So happy to see some authentic Italian food like what I had in Italy. I was so excited to see the octopus and potato appetizer which was my favorite dish in Italy. I shared the meal family style with a couple friends and everything was delicious. The porchetta was a special and we wish the outside was crispy but it was still super tasty. The risotto was so creamy and the seafood pasta was a nice mix of seafood.

This is my new go to in Alameda. We sat at the chefs table and got to watch them cook, it was very fun. The brazino was cooked on the wood fired grill and was moist and flavorful. We shared the grilled octopus for an appetizer and it was delicious. Make sure you get reservations in advance.

The food flavor was good, service was decent. I personally think the veggies were too oily.....This is not a place for a quick meal you really need to sit and enjoy....It can get loud and noisy from all the chatting and busy, we tried so many times to get dinner never got so we just eventually went for lunch was disappointed there was no lamb special. We sat "out door" it was covered overhead. And then a tent extended to the walk way. Overall it's good ambiance, can be good to impress a date. Be prepared for about $50~100 per person

The food is prepared with exquisite care, like I've been here a bunch of times and every now and then I see one of the chef's head pop out and they seem truly interested in how the food is tasting... like they really do care for the food quality once it hits the table! Coming from a hospitality background, it's lovely to see the sentiment spill into the front of the house staff who are just as nice and go above and beyond every visit.

Everyone was a delight. The atmosphere was intimate and romantic. The perfect place to celebrate an anniversary. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Had calamari, salmon, lamb shank, and a lovely dessert. We both enjoyed everything ✨️
