Kfc

We had a coupon and honestly, it's been around 30 years since I've been to a KFC. But we were in the mood for fried chicken and figured let's try it out! We pulled up to the drive-through, said we had a coupon, and the person said to pull up to drive through window to see if the coupon would work. He looked at it (8 piece chicken dinner) and said it would work and we asked for all dark meat original, with mashed potato, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuit sides. We paid, he quickly got our food, gave it to us, and we drove off! Easy peasy! When we got home, we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was fresh, hot, and tasty. Sides were decent and arranged well. Overall, the experience was outstanding! Super easy and fast dinner, tasty, and a good price. We don't eat fried chicken too often, but nice to know KFC is close by and not a bad option! I give it 5 stars because with KFC, you know what you're going for and it delivered on our expectations.

Unfortunately the microphone in the drive thru didn’t work but when I got up to the front, Kaycee greeted me and apologized but was very kind and nice and had a pleasant tone and persona about her. She offered me a drink while we waited for fried to finish cooking as well. Very nice people here and wonder

I love KFC on their original recipe and this location is decent and their staff are kind. I understand that management here tries their best on keeping up on orders even though they are short staff most of the time. To the customers who do come and visit, make sure that you are patient so the staff can do their job.

My husband and I came here last week after my ultrasound and this is the best KFC location on island! We tried going to the Waipahu location and was immediately disappointed with their customer service. The gentleman who helped us was very kind and had an amazing personality. We wanted to try the new mountain dew but they ran out and he even informed us when they'll get a new shipment. I think he could tell we were weightlifters but also foodies, because he even made recommendations on food and drink we might like next time!
