I grew up with Anna Miller’s food and pies - mostly because Stan Miller was one of my dad’s best friends. He’d bring his pies to our house on Thanksgiving and birthdays, and we were at this location soon after it opened (late 60s?). Incredible to see that nothing has changed - the design (I remember the logos being created), the food, and most particularly the daily-baked pies. It’s a wonderful place, wonderful food - and you’ll leave with a happy tummy.

Very busy place. Once I sat down at the counter-i was alone - Myra was on top of it. Very friendly and good suggestions. Breakfast was breakfast. The best part was dessert. The peach pie-at Myra's suggestion was warm and delicious 😋. The ambiance was good to go, and the scenery was even better 😉 . So the 5 🌟 on the food line is because of the pie. Yum

A classic! 20 minute wait on Saturday morning. Pies are still delicious. Our server was a bit overwhelmed or just didn’t pay attention to us which was a bummer. Cornbread is dry.

Good breakfasts and desserts. Those who had the sandwiches, Philly cheese and French dip, said it could be better.,.like the meat was bland no taste. Other than that, the breakfast dishes were great. Too full for the desserts maybe next time.

Its a cute diner. I had a nice waitress who came around often to serve coffee. Food is not exceptional but very good. It was a good thing we got 2 different Benedict to share..... because the salmon Benedict was so thin and needed more flavors. The avocado tomatoes Benedict was perfect match for the salmon. I wish they had add-on option for Benedict.... well I wish that for every restaurant. We got seated right away at 10am on Tuesday. But this place was crowded the whole time we were there. This restaurant was comfortable and didn't make me feel rush to get out...maybe because waitress keep serving coffee. I absolutely love their seasonal fresh strawberry pie. That's exceptionally excellent!

One of the classic eateries on Oahu that's still around and is now the only surviving location in the chain. Although they're no longer open 24hrs, they are still a popular diner for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their pies are still a favorite, and a handful were sold out by noon on the Saturday we last visited. Don't let the crowd, waiting for their names to be called, scare you away. It's usually a 10-15 minute wait that's worth it. So far, we've enjoyed everything that we've tried. Our favorites are the fried rice loco moco, chicken fried steak, and their custard pie. Friendly staff and lots of parking.

Wonderful place to have breakfast, not only it is famous all over the globe, but also locally. It was half full just minutes after it opens at 8. People were waiting outside to get in for an interesting breakfast experience. I accidentally dropped the cup of coffee to go because the paper cup is soft and weak. The cashier quickly came to rescue before I got a minute to apologize my clumsiness. Embarrassed but relieved by her kindness. I bought an extra 6.99 peach pie when she handed the bill, to show my gratitude. Recommend to you guys whole-heartedly.
