The McDonald's on Cedar Crest and hwy 41, was extremely filthy. Not a clean table and or the floor was filthy.
The food was like warm and the bathrooms were so dirty. No paper towels, toilets needed attention ASAP.
Barely any soap in either bathroom, simply nasty. Trust me, go to the one down the road instead.
Even the staff had a serious attitude. Mouthing off to other employees.
Whoever owns this McDonald's, needs to visit this location. Plus OSHA needs to pay a visit ASAP. I'm surprised this location isn't shut down it was that disgusting.

Hard to keep good help and get deliveries, if Mc Donald's gives a damn, they will go in and help managers out! This manager is a real treat, a true honey of a lady. McDonald's, get her some qualified backing or close this place and burn it to the ground!!!

I had bad experience with the cashier. She had a very bad attitude taking our order and also so mad because my daughter throw a ketchup in the floor. I was on my phone when she did it and I was about to tell her. And she came to my little girl instead of worried about how to take orders She came to her and told her put the ketchup back in place. Like she is the owner of Mc Donald's or maybe she is racist because her face wasn't friendly at all.
She needs to treat better to everyone. I hope she didn't make my food because I didn't trust her how she reacts with people.
If people works unhappy in McDonald's is nobody's fault but definitely not come back to this location again. I give 0 Start to this place.🙄😐

Went to get a Crispy Chicken sandwich. For almost $5, it was nothing but a chicken patty and pickles thrown between two buns, and the Chicken was soo burnt that I couldn't even chew it. My suggestion is get new managers.

Got big Mac meal with 2 Strawberry creme pies. Got to haer around 5 pm. The pies were as hard as golf balls. There wasn't a time on the box either to tell you when they should have been pulled!!!

This is the only McDonald’s that actually gets my order right. People there are also nice.

What can I say. It McDonald's. BUT, unlike every other place around their dinning room is open. At this point I refuse to eat anywhere that doesn't have indoor dining

Bad experience - while the drive thru wasn't very busy, the service was slow, employees rude, I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. I was handed a melted mocha frappe that wasn't even mixed. Unacceptable
