Applebee's

Had lunch there today with my husband and son. For my husband's birthday the food was great. There was only one disappointment and that was he was told he'd be getting a 10%discount. On Is meal If the employees could sing Happy Birthday to him and he said okay. Well he didn't get that discount as he was promised at all and when. I said something the waitress said she forgot to add the 10%discount to his meal. My husband wasn't upset by It but I am It was promised from the start therefore It should have been honored. So I am disappointed In that fact but other wise fantastic food 💯 just the ending was sad.

Came for a birthday dinner. Asked our waitress for crayons & water, she never brought it. I had to ask another waitress. Ordered our apps which arrived followed by our entree 5 minutes later. The steak was ordered rare and was well done. We were brought double sets of everything because the waitress forgot if she had even brought them in the first place. It was a mess.

Usually never have to wait once seated but the gentleman we had clearly didn't know what he was doing. He took our order and it never came out. Another waitress asked if we were all set and we said no because it was 30 minutes we had been waiting with no drinks or food. She took care of us and they took the gentleman off the floor. This gentleman made other people very unhappy with their service as well and now they may lose customers due to that. Who constantly repeats "I'm Sorry". 👎👎

Normally my husband and I love eating at this applebees, but the last 3 or 4 times have been slowly changing our minds about that. Today I did an order for delivery and they missed part of the order and gave my husband only 4 onion rings in replace of his fries for his burger meal. The food that wasn't missed tasted pretty good. The last time we ate there, they had messed up both of our orders and was not the greatest tasting. The time before that we did a pick up to go and they had forgotten to put parts of the order in our bag. It was mine and my husbands mistake not to check the bag before leaving the parking lot. I get everyone is under staffed and over worked, but in the same we can not let that move us away from doing our best. You guys at Applebees and other places, just need to take a step back to breath and remember you are appreciated. Not every customer shows it. And i know most reviews that are about bad experiences are normally just right out rude. I am not trying to put you guys down, I just want to let you know some of us still remember you guys are humans just like everyone else.
