I gave this place one more chance but they failed again. They mess up the orders, I will say 8 out 10 times no matter how simple the order is. The employees seem to be having way to much fun inside and never paid attention when you are placing your orders. Sandwiches are badly made, is like they are rushing so they can go back to chitchat or play with their phones.
I think this is the worse Burger King I have been to.

Not once but twice they did not grill buns for whopper melts, grilled side on inside, it's really not difficult. Keep meals small, upgrading to a M, or L will DEFINITELY cost you!

All the problems, that plagued the place, seem to have been taken care of by the new management. The unsafe and unsavory atmosphere under past management has been rectified. Families are starting to return, it seems, to this Burger King, it is now kept clean, and people are not allowed to loiter about the place, doing questionable things.
The food has also improved greatly.

This is a consistently poor quality and service Burger King the burger does not appear to be cooked or as Burger King says flame-broiled but there is an excessive amount of grease on the packaging the burger is also cold and the buns are crushed

Not only did they shaft us an order of fries but they burnt my chicken to the point it looks flame broiled. Thoroughly disgusted but what else should I expect from a restaurant where all the employees have face tattoos and group of hobos sitting outside looking like welfare carolers

I was there today at 11:15 to grab lunch and even though they are under remodel I would expect they wouldn't be busy and the quality might have been ok but hell no....everything was ice cold and the fries were hard as @#*! Like were they yesterday's fries I mean it's literally the beginning of lunch...the burger (whopper) was cold and lettuce and tomatoes wilted...and how can you mess up coke...the ish was flat...NEVER EVER AGAIN...CLOSE THIS ISH DOWN

They charge you a whole meal then just give you the burger be careful how you speak they make will make money off of you i asked for a wopper jr but i pointed at what i wanted plus orded a shake to go with my meal they gave me only the buger and not the rest of the meal said that os whatvi asked for and stared yelling at well i guss i will just go McDonald's
