Waited in line for 25 minutes to get our food, and was the 3rd car in line. Didn't get honey mustard after request. They had no carbonated beverages. 2 Crispy chickens were way overcooked and dry. Breading was burnt. Buns were burnt. This was the worst McDonald's experience we have ever had. This restaurant is not usually bad at all.

Drive has one car in front of my and I waited 14 minutes for my order. They pulled me and 5 cars behind me aside. Then when my food finally comes out fries are luke warm... Nothing was that hit as though it was what they were waiting on?

Great service and friendly smiles. I don't usually have a problem here and if I do I Kindly let them know and they fix it. Keep up the great work Winfield McDonald's!

If you buy off the cheaper menu it's pretty much thrown together from 6ft away.

Everytime I come here, I try to order a strawberry banana smoothie. Every dang time I get told the machine is down. Why have it on the menu still if your not gonna ever fix the machine. I could understand if it was 2 days in a row, but there's always weeks in between each visit. So get it fixed or take it off the menu already.

Clean, menu you always understand.
Polite staff. But I have to be honest:
If you have a need to deviate in any way from the order, because your husband has allergies, or you have a picky child, don't go here. Though polite they can't keep things like a hamburger with nothing on it, or a hamburger with no tomatoes or onions straight. But for fast and straight off the menu, you'll be golden.

Waited in line 20 minutes for a hot cocoa, at exactly 8 we got the window behind many other cars to make an order, and they said "sorry, we close at 8." Not a minute past 8 and had been in line for 10 minutes. Put cones out to stop cars so we dont waste our time.
