Food is normally good here, customer service is the opposite, these 2 girls in the window got extremely frustrated and upset with my girlfriend and I when we wanted to add nacho fries, I said “Im so sorry but can we add nacho fries to our order?” and then I receive much unnecessary attitude, I used to work at this taco bell and know that nacho fries are not much work to put in a bag. Could have received a 4/5 stars if this hadn’t have happened.

Asked for no sour cream at the window because of a small mess up on my end. They didn’t even try to fix it for me. Also never received my nacho fries. The manager clearly doesn’t want or care about any returning customers. Threw the burritos away cause I hate sour cream. Waste of my time and money.

Got a taco party pack soft tacos supremes but all of them came with no tomato’s. The deluxe cravings box had a regular hard taco instead of the Doritos nacho taco.

Current hours are 12pm-5pm. Really? 5 hours a day? 35 hours a week? Due to "staff shortages". Maybe you guys shouldn't run your help off on their first day. Because the only people you will be hiring will be 16 year olds if you don't start offering better wages or hours. Sounds to me like this store manager is nothing but lazy if they only want to work 5 hours a day and cant even offer full time positions.
