Employees dont pay attention to ur order, there to involved in there own personal matters to be bothered to do there job. Also once you bring the error to attention your returned with snooty remarks and bad attitude. Told the cashier I ordered a medium and she said no I didn't an hour charged me for the large. All of the stores in wethersfield, newington and Berlin are owned by Carrie Gaggon. All of these stores charge more than any other locations and almost all of his stores are filled with employees that act exactly like I was treated today. They are rude, always gets your order wrong and pay extra for this horrible service. I believe they need to revise there training program. Something so simple shouldn't be like this.

Rude, rude, rude, rude, ruuuuudddeeeeee people who don't even have the courtesy to tell you they have your order and you can drive up. Like, the most basic of drive thru etiquette. And then they snap at you if you don't move up because you're waiting for a confirmationmThey want my patience and kindness because they're short staffed? I want decent service by whoever is still working.

The Early morning shift people especially the white older lady with blonde hair, worst service ever, horrible attitude. I will never go there again I rather drive miles to go to another dunkin then go to this one right near my house, horrible customer service. This place sucks👎 I wish there was a -1 star because this place definitely dosen't deserve any stars
