Dunkin'

I would like the GM to contact me. The blonde headed girl working at 310pm needs to learn manners. The way she talks to customers, is being disrespectful. When asked to speak with her manager, she laughed. If that's the type of people you employ, I'll make sure to never frequent this location. Lattes were not even made correctly, had I NOT of paid w my app, I would have not even taken the drinks.

Coming here was like being in the Twilight Zone.... the people behind the counter made me three large ice regulars in a row. And when they put it together and shook it they came out practically white not even looking like coffee milk. But here's the weird part.... the two people looked at me like I was crazy like I don't know ... I've been drinking iced coffees for 30 years.. and at the price of $3.08 per coffee I'm sorry I cannot just take it as it is what it is. Someone needs to tell these workers to put enough grinds in the filter. That's why they looked confused. Which is why I will tell all my friends in West Warwick & Warwick avoid this Dunkin Donuts like the plague they're trying to sell watered-down coffee at $3.08 a pop and acting like its normal

Went there yesterday approximately 3pm and asked if there were refreshers and the drive through server said in a rude tone that there weren’t any and there was a shortage in all of them yet the one a few miles away had them. I get it customers can give you a headache because I used to work for a Dunkin Donuts before I went into Nursing yet there was no need to be brash, harsh, and lie and if dealing with customers is a problem then get another job. I will not be going back and am advising everyone I know to do accordingly. I’ll get my coffee at Cumberland Farms instead

On June 30th 2021 at 4:25 pm I was ordering on the drive thru and the person taking the order has 0 people skills and 100% attitude problem. I was ordering and that girl was giving me attitude because She ask me to repeat my my order and then told me to shut up after I repeated my order so I just drove off. I gave it a 1 star because it did not let me put zero star. I will go and speak with the manager to let them know because that location will lose a lot of customers with that attitude.

Coffee made well, but got 10 dripping munchkins. Now I know sometimes they are a little sticky but my son's hands were even coated in it (syrup). I look in bag and they are all stuck to each other. I think they didn't let set or something. Even chocolate ones were soggy. Never had this before just wanted to leave a review and let management know kids are already messy , parents don't want 10 sticky munchkins from hell.
