Dunkin'

USED to be the best Dunkin in Warwick. Past year or so they declined completely. All new staff. Coffee is TERRIBLE. It’s a hit or miss if they have food. They care more about the damn drive thru timer over getting your order right. Shouldn’t have to park and wait just for a bagel and a coffee lol… understandable if someone had a huge order but they need to chill with having everyone pull up and wait over that timer, it’s ridiculous. Biggest complaint has to be the coffee though. Idk what the hell is happening.. but their regular coffee is so terrible that flavors can’t even make it taste good. It’s either beyond watery or just tastes awful

This used to the the “go to” Dunkin in the area, but they have gone down hill in the past few months. The coffee is not bad, but the service, or lack there or is why I’ve stopped spending my money here. Firstly, the owner who is on duty most of the time is completely rude. He can’t be bothered with regulars that keep his business alive, wont even look you in the eye, and will blatantly return your change on the counter knowing you’ve put your hand out expecting it, that may seem petty to some but that is a major pet peeve and character flaw to me. Secondly, the counter staff are less than desirable personalities, they carelessly complain about the previous customer or drive thru orders while customers are waiting inside the dining area, and naturally the owner does nothing to quell it. The staff also can’t utter the words “thank you” when you put a tip in the jar. Overall, the owner and staffs ignorant behavior is why this Dunkin gets one star, and zero was not an option.

I have a really tough time being at home and needed to write some thank you cards so I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a dozen donuts planning on writing the cards there and taking the donuts home. When I got there (two hours before they closed) they had shut down the dining room early which was pretty disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive thru for my order they told me they didn’t have one of my donuts and before I could finish my “ummm” they cut me off saying they gave me what they had. I drove away with 50% of the donuts I ordered and a cold coffee with barely any flavor. I used to go to the location because they had the cheapest donuts and coffee. Turns out they are now one of the most expensive in the area (donuts are 1.50 more than places closer to my house). Really disappointed. I cut fast food a lot of slack but after not getting my order right they couldn’t even ask me if I wanted a napkin or my receipt. Just “you’re all set, you’re all set”. ): RIP my favorite Dunkin’

Absolutely discussed with my experience. Manager here is nothing but rude all the time, and constantly telling customers inside they need to wait while he does other things that must be more important than the customers to take care of! Not to mention after finally purchasing my coffee (which I get cream only) I became extremely sick vomiting and I believe it to be the cream must have been spoiled seeing that's all I purchased. Will not be returning here.

Been scaling back in DD for a while from every day to once a week:the price and my trying to eat better. What I just saw several minutes ago: more Cumbys or home brew. As I waited, I saw a employee use her TEETH to open a coffee bag to which she emptied into giant filter, removed piece on tongue with fingers...all set....

Apparently the owner gets upset when you bring back a coffee that wasn't made right. Today he was literally trying to fight me about it. Followed me out to the parking lot. BEWARE of this place if your order is wrong and owner is there. They have a new girl at the window who only listens to half of what you say. Then when you question why your order is wrong she blames it on you with an attitude. Even though I order the same thing every day for 20 years but some how I order everything wrong Same girl still there. And every weekend I go through there my order is either wrong or something has been forgotten. Today she saw me trying to have my phone scanned and she looked right at me continued to process my order. then when she came to get my money I was like why didn't u scan my phone.. She said she didn't see it even though I was flashing it in her face. She knew what she was doing. She gave me a big smile and said sorry I didn't see it. Stay away from on sundays. Saturday is hit or miss

This location is terrible. Both times I've gone there my very simple coffee order was made incorrectly. The second time the person who took my order was talking to someone while taking my order, got it wrong as they read it back to me, then proceeded to give me the wrong coffee after I corrected them prior. Never going here again. Get people who actually want to work.
