They get my order wrong most mornings. Whatever I get is good but I would like to get what i order sometimes. Its the only one on my way to work so I keep coming back. Again, what I get is good, its just not what I ordered.

I asked for blended. It came half blended with ice there was one line of whipped cream which I asked for added whipped topping. Wasn't filled to top even with whipped topping

The only reason I gave them one star is so I could write the review. Worst possible service. Filling the ice, hiding in the back while we waited at the counter for even a hello, good morning. Will. Not. Ever. Go. Back.

The place is like a ghost town. You never really know if they are open or not. You pull up don’t hear from someone at the speaker for a solid minute. They can’t seem to handle more than one order. They literally mess up a medium iced coffee with cream and 2 pumps of Carmel. I’ve got a disgusting cinnamon coffee the last 3 times. So bummed about this location. So convenient being close to my house but they are awful.

The girl who waited on me did a good job.

The staff seems quite burdened by customers' trying to, well, order things. (The nerve of those customers!) No attempt at greeting and rude, laconic replies to questions about menu. Long wait time even when there's nobody around. The flies are the only parts of this store that don't seem miserable, and that's because they buzz around the doughnuts undisturbed.
