We have given this place 5 tries but unfortunately it doesn’t get any better.
Food is good, environment is great but the SERVICE is horrible:/
We figured maybe it’s because we are sitting at a booth. The last 3 times we sat at the bar hoping we would be ACKNOWLEDGED but it’s still bad. You wait forever for the drinks and food! We were told that “regulars” get better service which we were hoping to become. Some of the bartenders seemed like we were a burden to take our orders. My husband is super patient but even he was like give them a bad tip. That was the last time we were there.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews. We are big advocates for restaurants and bars but apparently this is pretty common service there.
I don’t expect red carpet status but I do expect to be acknowledged after being sat for over 10 min especially at the bar.

This is a really nice bar. The waitress was very nice and kept asking if we wanted more drinks or more food or if we needed anything at all. When we ordered the place was full but we still got our food and drinks quickly so that was pretty awesome. I would come here again.

Been here b4 and was great but today service was ok. Food arrived cold never got asked for refills on drinks. Guy Zack that took our order tried to make up for it by giving a discount at the end. He needs more help! I know this place can do better I'll be back!

Great drinks and good food. Can't go wrong! Awesome Philly and loaded tots with a side of shrimp and southwest egg rolls, all washed down with a Jack & Coke.

Grate place to eat and hang out, food is very good, seafood night on the weekend is good. They need more servers on weekends because the service is slow but other than that it's good 👍👌

Had a nice time and the cocktails were amazing. I brought my dog and we sat outside,they even gave my dog some water.
